PHILADELPHIA, PA, June 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In May 2010, Rhonda Hill Wilson, a Philadelphia nursing home negligence attorney, served as a panelist for the Philadelphia Bar Association Philadelphia Trial Lawyers' Diversity Initiative: From Goals to Gains Joint Forum. The program was presented by the Women in the Profession Committee and Minorities in the Profession Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Diversity Committee of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers.

The program welcomed law students from the Philadelphia region. Hill Wilson and her fellow panel members offered advice and recommendations to students interested in beginning a career as a trial attorney. She also spoke about the retention and promotion of minority and women attorneys within the plaintiff's bar. A cocktail and networking reception followed.

Hill Wilson is an award-winning attorney who has been practicing law for nearly three decades in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She concentrates her practice in nursing home negligence, while also handling medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters.

Hill Wilson teaches women life skills and goal setting strategies through her chair position with the United Negro College Fund Philadelphia-area "A Mind Is" Annual Giving Society and advisory board position with The Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia. From 2003 through 2007, Hill Wilson hosted "Truth Rising" which was heard on WURD 900-AM where she discussed local, national and international legal and political issues. In March 2007, Hill Wilson became the co-host of "The Morning Team" on WURD and now substitutes as co-host when needed.
