The seminar will be hosted by the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) on December 14, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Westin Hotel in Philadelphia.

Tanner, the co-managing partner of Feldman Shepherd, is an accomplished trial attorney with a wide ranging practice in complex litigation. In addition to securing one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the courts of Pennsylvania, he has also secured what is believed to be the largest jury verdict in the state in a bad faith case against an insurance company.
