Synergration Announces the Release of xBooks Version 5
QuickBooks Integration with Microsoft Excel

NORRISTOWN, PA, February 10, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Synergration continues to advance the capabilities of their xBooks add in for Microsoft Excel. Version 5 now supports several new functions to retrieve general ledger account balances and budget information. With these functions, users can create custom financial statements that can be refreshed simply by pressing F9.

xBooks is a general purpose add-in that enables the integration of QuickBooks with Microsoft Excel. It provides the ability to access QuickBooks financial data using formulas in Excel as well as to automatically pull QuickBooks report data into a spreadsheet. xBooks also provides direct access to the QuickBooks API from Excel's Visual Basic for Applications macro language. Using these features complex financial statements and custom reports can be implemented and refreshed without leaving Excel.
